The Brief

To sympathically convert, refurbish and extend an existing 1930's 3 bedroom house to provide a modern light and contemporary 5 bedroom property.

The Work Included:

• Converting the loft to provide 2 additional bedrooms.
• Extending the ground floor to provide a large kitchen dining space.
• Constructing a large external sun terrace.
• Renewing the heating, plumbing and wiring.
• Refurbishing the entire house including structural alterations, new bathrooms, kitchens, hardwood staircase, flooring and decorations.
