The Brief
To sympathetically convert a former 17 century former cider barn to form a 4 bedroom contemporary home.
The Work Includes:
| • | Removing and replacing the existing roof and timber structure including renovation of the existing 17th century king post trusses. |
| • | Underpinning and structural repairs to the external walls. |
| • | New precast concrete floors and mezzanines. |
| • | Forming new window openings. |
| • | New hard wood windows. |
| • | Contemporary lighting and electrical work. |
| • | Hardwood Flooring. |
| • | Installation of renewable energy source heating system. |
