• Demolition of existing building in an enclosed difficult to access area.
• Traditional foundations and concrete raft slab.
• Timber frame insulated structure clad with rough cut detailed softwood.
• Internal walls clad with birch faced plywood.
• Contractor designed mechanical and electrical installation.
